Cyprus Charity Bike Ride
Helping to raise funds for Epping Forest Voluntary Action and The Sunflower Group
This is a sponsored cycle ride that will start in Paphos and travel a distance 447 miles around the whole island. The ride will take 7-8 weeks camping and raising awareness on the way. Ray Harris and Graham Potter will ride the distance with a target of £10,000 to raise money for the causes above.
Epping Forest Voluntary Action is a local charity aimed at providing volunteers including special needs to help and support others in our district. The Sunflower Group (formally the Chigwell Disabled Group) are a support group run by volunteers to help those less able and provide activities throughout the year.

The easy access route at High Beach in Epping Forest provides an easy way for wheelchair users to visit the Forest. Here the Sunflower Group supported by carers and volunteers enjoy a Spring day in the Forest.
